Economics in New Haven - Miya's SushiMiya's Sushi was established in 1982 by Bun Lai's (the current owner) mother. Miya's has always been known for its strange sushi, but it has more recently gained a lot of recognition for its efforts at making sushi more sustainable.
Check the restaurant's website for more information on how Miya's strives to improve the fishing and sushi industry. Also explore the menu some, as Bun Lai will bring some to class when he comes to share more about his restaurant. |
